Harvest Time 3

Well, harvesting the beetroot was next on the 'list of things to do' – with a little help from two industrious children, the beetroot was harvested this evening Friday 10-9-10.

I prefer my beetroot pickled - so here are a few pictures of my ‘soil to jar in just over an hour’
