I am not a heavy drinker by any stretch of the imagination, although I would have consumed a lot more alcohol in my days in the RUC / PSNI. Now retired from that job thankfully - and a lot more stress free, my alcohol consumption has reduced significantly, to now an occasional good bottle of wine.My favourite tipple is McGuigan Black Label Chardonnay, its smooth and crisp and is easy on the palette, not vinegary in any way.
Strange blog post I know but it something I do and perhaps an interest to someone.
